About you:
You are an energetic and positive person, enjoy open communication, interacting with colleagues and clients, have a penchant for collaboration and offering support.
You have initiative, learn easily and are self-taught. You are able to organise your own work and be efficient, understand and learn new things quickly and focus on achieving tasks and goals.
Knowledge and qualifications required:
- Higher education (technical - an advantage);
- Very good communication skills (professional and elegant language) and interpersonal skills;
- Punctuality, reliability, adaptability, willingness to learn and develop;
- Good knowledge of PC operation (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Internet, CRM)
- Knowledge of English (intermediate-advanced);
Your work experience:
- Experience in consultative selling of software solutions (an advantage)
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales work
Your job:
- Job part time/full time - remote
- You contact potential clients by phone and e-mail to present the services offered with the aim of concluding contracts.
- Help current and potential customers find the best solutions for their needs by building trust with them.
- Provide support to the sales team, prepare specific documents (offers, contracts, update information in the database, reports)
- You represent the company in email and/or telephone correspondence interaction to professional communication and relationship standards;
- You communicate and collaborate directly with colleagues in the Marketing and Sales departments in Cluj-Napoca.
